Had a flat rear tire on a road trip with 4 other guys to Kerrville and the Hill Country. We called your dealership and you had the tire in stock, Burleson did not. A towing service with an enclosed trailer picked me up along with the bike and took me to your dealership. Dave and Greg gave me outstanding service. I was in Fort Worth for the Thanksgiving day game in Dallas, from Charlotte NC. I went to buy some shirts. I found one that I really like, but they did not have one in my size. Michelle said they were not going to be in until February. She took down my information and promised to let me know when the shirts came in. In January Michelle call me to let me know that the shirts had come in. I gave her my information and she sent me the shirt. The service was top notch!!

Best overall experience in buying any vehicle. Everyone at Fort Worth Harley treated you like family. Most important to me was the honesty and knowledge that everyone showed. They were able to answer every question I had. I live over two hours away but the ride is worth the experience at this dealership. I have bought two bikes in the last 2 years, both from Chad Bryson. He did a great job showing and explaining the bikes to me. I have also used the parts department a few times, and they were very friendly and always had the parts in stock. The dealership it's self is beautiful and kept neat and clean. My brother in law was in the market for a bike and I found him a nice pre-owned Heritage Classic on their website. I came up the night before to scout it for him and get my view on it. I asked for Chad but it was his day off, so a guy nicknamed Sergeant Dan was very nice and helpful. My brother in law got pre approved for credit and we came up and bought the bike the next day. I will be back and buy all my bikes here, I am a Harley nut and love them. They always have a good inventory and make buying a bike fun. Thanks to all the nice people that work there.

Brought my 15 year old son to see your place. We were treated like kings the whole time we were there. Everyone was kind and helpful from Phillip in parts to the ladies helping me with my rain suite purchase. You hear a lot of people complain about being ignored when they enter a Harley dealership, well not at Ft. Worth Harley. They make everyone feel welcome.

Perfection is often sought, but rarely achieved. My recent purchase of a 2016 Heritage Classic Softail at the Ft Worth Harley-Davidson dealership, and my experiences with the staff was indeed "perfection". Friendly, courtesy, extremely helpful in all areas. My sales rep in particular "LT Dan" personally took care of my every need. And, I was soon enjoying my Softail on the road for the first of many enjoyable rides to come. I absolutely will "be back".

Philip is an outstanding salesman. His knowledge and patience helping me choose my first bike was far and beyond what he had to do. I did not meet any one in that store that wasn't friendly and courteous. The financing of the bike went so smooth but over all the total experience was the best. The Customer Service people was also very knowledgeable with helping choosing the right upgrades for my bike.

I OWN A 2004 VRSCA V-ROD. FT WORTH HARLEY DAVIDSON HAS SERVICED THIS BIKE FOR YEARS, REPLACING TIRES, BATTERIES, WHELL BEARINGS, TUNE UPS, PLUGS, AND BRAKE RRPAIRS. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WITH COURTESY AND FAIRLY WITH SERVCE CHARGES. 6 WEEKS AGO THE BIKE CUT OUT AT ABOUT 1/2 TANK OF FUEL AND WOULD SPUTTER AND BACKFIRE AND RUN ABOUT 15 MPH UNTIL I FILLED WITH FUEL. THEN IT PERFORMED NORMALLY. I BROUGHT IT TO FT. WORTH HARLEY, AND THEY SUSPECTED A HOLE IN THE INTERNAL FUEL LINE THAT WOULD, WHEN EXPOSED, WOULD DROP FUEL PRESSURE TO THE FUEL PUMP.

THAT APPARENTLY IS A COMMON PROBLEM-BUT IT WASN'T FOR MINE-IT WAS THE FUEL PUMP. HD HAS DISCONTINED ALL FUEL PARTS FOR THE BIKE AND INSTEAD OF A $65 0R $70 PART, A NEW REDESIGHED PART TO FIT MY BIKE WAS ABOUT $1000 WITH TAX GREG HARRISON, THE SERVICE MANAGER, TOLD ME OF A PLACE IN CA THAT SOLD AFTERMARKET PUMPS AND AFTER CONTACTING THEM THEY SENT A PART THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO FIT -$69. I DROVE THE PART 60 MILES TO THE DEALERSHIP--DIDN'T FIT. GREG CALLED THEM MANY TIMES, SENDING SEVERAL PICTURES. OF THE 2 PUMPS, FINALLY SENDING THE MY ORIGINAL PUMP AND THEIRS. WE COULDN'T GET THEM TO RETURN MY PUMP UNTIL I THREATEND TO CALL THE POLICE FOR THEFT OF MY PUMP. THEY FINALLY SENT ONE AND HD OF FT. WORTH REPAIRED THE BIKE WITH THE AFTERMARKET PUMP AND I BROUGHT IT HOME, YESTERDAY.

5 WEEKS IN THE SHOP, MUCH TIME BY THE SERVICE MANAGER WITH AT LEAST 5 PHONE CALLS MULTIPLE PICTURES BEING SENT RETURNING THE UNUSABLE FUEL PUMP AND MINE TO COPY AND PLACING GENERIC FUEL LINES AND AN AFTERMARKET PUMP.-MY BIKE IS FIXED. NOT $1000 PLUS SERVICE CHARGES, BUT $255. I CAN'T THANK GREG HARRISON AND THE FT. WORTH HD DEALERSHIP FOR THAT UNBELIEVABLY DIFFICULT EFFORT TO HELP REPAIR MY BIKE, AS I COULD NOT SPEND #1200-%1300 TO REPAIR IT.I HAVE NEVER IN MY 76 YEARS HAD SOMEONE PUT THIS MUCH EFFORT TO HELP ME. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE YOUR TENACIOUS EFFORT. GEORGE BLAKE

what started out as a bad days ride experience was soon turned into the most rewarding dealer experiences since i bought my 1200 sportster superlow from you guys. Sam, one of the service writers, was friendly & knowledgeable & assured me my problem would be covered by my extended service contract. After an appointment was made, Bill from the service team came to pick up my bike in spite of some incoming foul weather. He was so careful one would have thought it was HIS bike. Long story short, kudos to the FWHD service team. You got my bike road ready in a very short turn-a-round. You are the BEST!!!!

On a recent road trip I lost an Allen bolt and rolled into "Cowboy Harley" and they said "sorry, don't have the part can't help you." So I went to Ft. I just purchased a '16 Heritage. The staff was honest, professional and courteous. That may sound like a canned response, but really the whole purchase experience was without any kind of hassle whatsoever. They even let me take the bike home before buying it to make sure it fit in my garage. It did, and I'm in the wind again !!!!!

I had a small oil leak coming from the right rear shock on my 2016 Ultra Limited. I noticed this on Christmas Day. I scheduled an appointment on line for Saturday 12-26-2015 to get this taken care of. At about 9.30am on 12-26-2015 (The day after Christmas), Robert from the service department called me and told me that they had the shock in stock and that I could bring it in right then. I did so, and it took less than an hour for them to replace the shock. When my bike was returned to me it had been repaired, and washed. Thank you Robert for giving me such good service. I will be back, and will recommend Fort Worth Harley Davidson to others. John McGee

Let me start by saying Silver is a awesome guy to work with. He worked over the phone with me for a few days trying to help me work out financing and my down payment. Got my downpayment right where I wanted it to be and went up and saw him. Thinking it would be like a car dealership where you walk in and all of a sudden they want more down or cannot get you the vehicle you came in for, Silver was true to his word to me. The exact Harley I wanted and no change in needing more than what I offered down. So nervous heading there I felt I should had taken a Xanax, but as soon I arrived, I was greeted right at the door and introduced to Silver and everything was smooth from then on out. He is a true salesman and a man of his word. Up till the time I was given the keys to my first Harley, he was helpful in every way. I highly recommend him to anyone that is interested in looking at a Harley. The staff all around was great as well. Looking at merchandise, the girls were helpful and great to talk to. There was not one person there that I would have a negative comment to make about. I recommend Fort Worth Harley to anyone that is looking for a Harley.

He set me up with Katelyn in Motor Clothes and I ordered the ear rings. There was a mix up in the part number and I had to return them. I have had the opportunity to bring my bike in two times now. The first was for reduced height shocks, new grips and handlebars. The second was for the 5000 mile checkup. I have also been up on Saturdays for different events. This place truly feels like a second home. I feel very comfortable here, and that is very important to me.
